If I understand the keywords options correctly, I can add the following:

!Spanish | !ITA | !DVB

to the keyword list and it should ignore all torrent titles with the words "Spanish", "ITA" and "DVB" in the title. If it is . . . it's not working cos I get tons off downloads that have ITA and Spanish in them which I don't want.

What am I doing wrong?

What you have is !Spanish | !ITA | !DVB which is "not" Spanish or "not"ITA or "not"DVB what you want your filter to be set at is !Spanish&!ITA&!DVB
