Hello there, just wanted to report a few problems with TED

• When installing to "D:\Program Files\Torrent Episode Downloader\", the shortcut that is created in the Start Menu points to "C:\Program Files\Torrent Episode Downloader\".
  
  
• The icon for the shortcut in the Start Menu points to "%SystemDrive%/Program Files/Torrent Episode Downloader/tedv096/tedv096/winicon.ico", even though it is installed on D:. Furthermore, there are no subfolders "/tedv096/tedv096/", the icon is directly in "/Torrent Episode Downloader/".
  
  
• I watch my tv shows in 720p, however the default trackers don't provide these torrents. I added thepiratebay rss feed for my shows, which does list the 720p versions, but Torrent Episode Downloader never recognizes them there (can't provide a log right now, since thepirtebay is currently down).

Problem #1 still exists in 0.972. When the application is installed on another drive,t he shortcut in the Star Menu still points to C:\...

Problem #2 still exists as well, however this time it points to "%SystemDrive%/Program Files/Torrent Episode Downloader/winicon.ico". The /tedv096/tedv096 are gone, but it still points to %SystemDrive%, even though TED was not installed on the system drive.

Regarding 720p shows: the default filter setting uses "720p & HD", however most shows in 720p have ".720p.HDTV." in their name, not just "HD". Or would it be recognized this way as well?
