I set up TED about three weeks ago. I installed it on two computers - my macbook, in order to test it out, and on my mac mini, where it is intended to be used. It seems to work well on the laptop, but on the mac mini, it gives me some strange errors. I've added several shows, and sometimes it downloads them as soon as they are available, but most of the time the status does not update. Several days after a show becomes available, I will receive one or two "found x torrents but downloaded none" due to my hd settings, and then mostly "no torrents." If I manually refresh the list, though, most or all of these will find torrents. I thought this might have something to do with my comptuer going to sleep, but I set the preferences to check every minute, and the status immediately turned to "idle."

Another quirky behavior I'm receiving on the mini but not the laptop is something with the buttons. When I change settings in a dialog box or in the main screen, I have to press the button several times before it registers. This is not because of the mouse. I also sometimes need to click out of TED to update the screen (usually if a show is hilighted and I click on a different one)

Any suggestions? The first problem is more important than the others.

Sorry to double post, but an update on my issue. When ted is closed and then reopened, it finds the torrents as it should. It seems to just be an issue with the auto-refresh.
