Hello,

I am new here and to using TED, but what I would like to do is change the predefined feeds so that I do not have to manually choose a feed each time I add a show.

Basically my situation is that I would like to set up iptorrents as my default feed for all shows automatically instead of using the predefined feeds. When I edit the shows_clean.xml file for TED I am able to remove the default predefined feeds by changing the "type" from "5" to "0" however if I add iptorrents and set it's "type" to "5" it will not load as a predefined feed. It shows in the list of predefined feeds, but is not automatically set as the download feed as the original predefined feeds are.

I am not sure what exactly I am doing wrong here... Is this just not possible with private trackers? I have unchecked the box in preferences to disable the use of private trackers...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So after a bit more looking it appears that the issue is do to iptorrents rss feed being a direct feed to a certain category (all x264 torrents for example) as opposed to searching by show name for each individual show.

Any ideas for a way to work around this? It appears that this is the only reason I cannot set up iptorrents to be a predefined feed...
