vista & windows 7 support

Some users reported installing and run problems for ted on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

We made a brand new, Vista & Windows 7 compatible installer and launcher. this will solve all install and launch issues in these operating systems. please download the new installer.

There is one issue left (which will be fixed in our next release): the default folder (C:\Program Files\Torrent Episode Downloader\) where ted downloads the torrents is not writable for Ted on Vista. Please change this folder to something different like a folder in My Documents.
