The general panel of the edit dialog shows the basic information of the selected show.
You can see and alter the name of the show (note that with a different name the show won't be updated if there is a new show list available) and select an episode from which ted should start looking for torrents of this show.
By (un)checking the auto-update checkbox you can set if this show should be updated with the latest available information. It's recommend to let this be checked for ted to work properly.
