i would like to be able to add https://www.demonoid.me/ and also http://www.torrentday.com/ to the feeds could some please explain how to do so, thank you,

Demonoid has RSS feeds, but does not have a direct download feed.

For TorrentDay, click on RSS near the top of the page.
Categories to retrieve: TV
Feed type: Direct download
Generate your RSS link. In ted, you'll have to edit every show individually and add a user defined feed for each one. Really annoying, eh? Also I don't think it works. I added TorrentDay, TVTorrents & SuperTorrents. They all have the show I wanted, but the log only showed an error with TVTorrents and didn't grab anything.

I actually just registered here to answer your question. I'll be uninstalling ted momentarily in favor of µTorrent's RSS downloader.
