Let me start by saying I've been using TED for over a year now and absolutely love it. Today though, when I opened it up for the first time, it showed me that there was a new list of show definitions (oddly enough it seemed to be dated 3/26) and then when I clicked ok to go back to the main screen all my shows were gone. It just says "Please add a show to ted." I've done some research in these forums and through google and saw that I should have a shows.ted file somewhere. After much searching it seems I do not. I had probably 30-40 shows in there. It's hard to complain about a problem with free software, but I thought maybe there was something I'm not checking that could fix my problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think the latest update to TED removed the user file for whatever reason. If you kept backups of your machine you might be able to write that file back to your directory.

Look into %APPDATA% directory and find the config file from a prior backup.

I'm assuming windows. Also, turn on show system files and show hidden files to see the directory using file explorer.
