Post subject: TED downloads .7z files when configured to ignore them

In preferences, I've configured TED to not download 7z files by checking the box to enable the option. This setting is as follows
zip, rar, r01, wmv, 7z
It keeps downloading this torrent
Falling Skies S01E05 Silent Kill HDTV XviD-LOL [eztv].7z
TED has never downloaded zip, rar, r01, or wmv files.
I just recently 7z to the end of the list.
Any ideas?
