I have used Ted on 3 laptops over 2 years and never had a problem. Suddenly on my windows 7 laptop, the language changed to spanish.

I have read many forum answers to having this problem and tried them all and none have worked.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, copied translators, put translators in folders instructed etc and still I have the same Spanish Program List.

When I go to EDIT under the Spanish Version, unlike when I had English,
There is no space to enter English and the edit box is smaller.

I am out of ideas and don't know what else to try. Its quite frustrating since I use this application for all downloading of TV shows and don't read spanish.

PLEASE HELP :(

I had the same problem and registered for the forum just so I could reply and help you lol.

I did the same thing with re-installing, translators, etc. (Even registry cleaning).

What worked for me is you need to save the english file in the main TED folder, BUT the important part is that you put in your english code and country code as referenced here: https://ted.nu/wiki/index.php/Translate_translator

Basically what I did was downloaded the translation file: https://ted.nu/wiki/index.php/Latest_translations.

Saved the file to your main program folder for TED. Renamed the file to tedlang_EN_US.properties (since I prefer English and I'm in the US), restarted ted, went to preferences and selected ingles (mine was in spanish) and BAM it fixed it.

Hopes this helps.
